Chatheroe Dog Training is built on nearly a decade of hands-on experience working and training dogs across the Cotswolds and beyond. With formal qualifications in animal welfare, training and management, Thea brings a solid foundation of knowledge and practical skill to every session. Her passion for training began in 2017, when she started working with her first gundog, a partnership that sparked a lifelong dedication to the industry.

Over the years, she has offered individual consultations, led group classes, hosted workshops, and run dedicated training holidays, giving owners and their dogs the opportunity to learn, progress, and build confidence in a supportive countryside setting. Alongside her teaching, Thea has also competed successfully in working tests, scurries and competitions, further strengthening her practical understanding of the working dog world.

While all breeds are welcome, Thea holds a particular passion for working breeds and gundogs, helping to shape steady, capable partners guided by tradition and real rural practice.
